All of his funerals lasted. Not all of the marriages that he performed have lasted. One thing is for sure, we are all going to die once per lifetime. There will be no second chance to go back and do it over. If God were to call you today, are you ready to die for Him?

Thanks, on a related note, There are many references in the Bible to the phrase “follow Me.” I counted 40 in the New Living Translation alone. There are 208 New Testament references there to “follow Him”, etc. Interestingly enough, there is but ONE reference to being “born again” and yet, where does The Church seem to place its emphasis? With so many denominations, we have developed a myriad of manmade “techniques” and just as many opinions regarding what it means, and at what moment, an individual is officially dubbed as “born again.” Typically, once that moment is achieved, we give that individual a stamp of approval and set our sites on some other smoker or tattooed member in the congregation.

Neat Post, Having spent most of that evening with His chosen men in the Upper Room, and having prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus Christ is then betrayed and arrested. At that point, Jesus is then bound, and led away to Annas, and illegally tried. Read and meditate upon the actual text in John Chapter 18 in the New Testament part of the Bible.
